How to clean your pearly whites
- Hold toothbrush at a 45 degree angle aiming at the gums and neck of teeth.
- Rotate the brush in slow circular motion. Be gentle.
- After a few rotations of the brush, finish by brushing towards the eating surfaces of the teeth. This will help in cases of gum recession and lessen enamel wear at the necks of the teeth.
- Brush the tops of the teeth and then the tongue
- It is recommended that at least 2 minutes should be set aside to clean the whole mouth. In areas where there is more plaque such as the tongue side of lower teeth and the cheek side of upper teeth brush a little bit longer.
- Finish the home care with floss and an anti bacterial rinse.
